50th Dinner & Dance – 6th February 2010 at the Royal Beach Hotel, Southsea It may be questioned why, although the I.C.M. is in its 35th year the Southern Region are holding their 50th Dinner & Dance? The answer, other Institutes merged to form the I.C.M. one being the Institute of Clerk of Works and they held Dinner & Dances in the Portsmouth area before the merger. This year’s event will be a special occasion and it is hoped to invite as many of the ‘old’ Chairman and Presidents of the Institute to make it a memorable occasion.
